FIND OUT HEREPOSITION: Sales & Marketing Manager TERRITORY: San Mateo County PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Drive new customers through aggressive outbound calling (telephone and face calls). Attain a minimum of 100% of assigned new account goal by initiating outbound calls and visits to prospective new customers. Build loyal customer relationships via telephone and visits to assigned territory. Rep is responsible for building territory through heavy cold calling. Able to function in a combination high transactional sales volume and consultative environment with heavy independently driven lead generation. Demonstrate persistence, tenacity, ability to overcome obstacles, and strive to improve skills and achieve goals Prospect and work various leads to penetrate new potential customer accounts maintains the established standards for the minimum sales calls per day Maintain a database of customers through documentation of activity Delivers benefit statements, handle objections, & record statistics on each outbound call Present key selling points while focusing on customer needs and expectations Consistently move the customer or prospect towards commitment, and close sales that exceed customer expectations Ensure a superior customer experience with Health Diagnostics by addressing customer concerns and demonstrating empathy Manage and maintain a detailed pipeline to achieve assigned monthly quota Forecast accurately within 10% of actual monthly results MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: 2-5+ years of sales experience in an outbound call environment with a proven track record of reaching quota goals and heavy prospecting. Comfortable working in an incentive/goal driven environment Strong organizational and communication skills Excellent phone and customer service skills High energy, drive, maturity Internet Savvy Sales forecasting skills a plus but not required Bachelor's degree preferred In return, we offer a competitive base salary, plus bonus incentive, health insurance benefits, 401K, cafeteria plan, 9 paid holidays.
