You need to be capable of playing the parts that you hear on the test demos and/or something better.It’s all about the song & finding the right parts to elevate it.You will also need to sing harmonies on occasion.
First… you must like the music!Second… we must like your playing!Don’t come to the audition ill prepared.Don’t waste our time.You need to blow us away.We will track your audition.If we like the playback you will come back and audition with the entire band.
