We are looking to introduce a piano/synth player to our Classic Rock band. We cover mostly late 60's, 70's, and some 80's w/ some originals as well. We have two studio locations, w/everything set up (tons of instruments), pa's mics, twin keyboards (weighted key piano & Korg Tritons), drums, amps, axes, etc. (already in place)to rehearse; so you don't have to bring anything other than your chops and a smile to practice. We all have day jobs and find it easy to rehearse if we just have to show up and play. Then, we all burn cd's and practice at hm., etc. We have started gigging and with a repituor of about 60 songs, so we can play 3-6 set gigs.We also own a portable trailer mounted stage w/a 3rd set of gear in it (& a generator), ready to show up at outdoor gigs, and parties.Everyone has been playing for more than 15 yrs and although we don’t have stars in our eyes, we do always run a risk of being successful just by trying… We play them in our own style, and don't try to be the record (though we stick w/the essential nuances), we make the songs our own.We also want to play and record originals as well.We are a four pc band w/bass, rhythm, lead guitars, flute, harp, drums, and various percussions. We are all in mid life (our 40's) denial, but we are having fun, & know we'd have a fuller sound w/piano, especially for Blues, & Southern Rock. Then the Synthesizers really need to be there for Psychedelic Rock (of course), as well as horns (synth), for R&B.Vocals are always a welcome plus! Please respond w/ short summary of yourself and a photo, and we'll get back w/you ASAP. Thanks, and "Rock On!"
