Human Resource Manager to Latin & Central America's. Reports to Sr. V.P. Job responsibilities: Develops, recommends, and implements Human Resources policies and procedures to achieve short and long term objectives for Region Central America/Caribbean.Manages Human Resource functions including, but not limited to employment, employee/employer relations, equal employment opportunity, Compensation, Benefits, Training and Development, etc. Human Resources 1.Responsible for providing day to day direction in all aspects of International Human Resources for the Central America/Caribbean Region. 2.Develops and assists the implementation of policies and procedures for all foreign entities. 3.Liaise with country management to design competitive compensation and benefit plans. 4.Conducts and develop compensation and benefit surveys to ensure market competitiveness. 5.Monitor programs to ensure compliance with internal guidelines and country regulatory requirements. 6.Implementation of international assignment agreements and all expatriate related items i.e. visas, relocations etc…. 7.Provides counseling and guidance to Management on employee relations matters. 8.Provide recruitment support for US operation and all foreign entities reporting to Region Central America/Caribbean, ensuring compliance with all employment laws. Sources applicants for the US and provides assistance if required for foreign entities. Interviews candidates and refers qualified applicants to department managers.Maintains all employment statistics and data (employment sources, costs, etc.). 9.Liaise with other offices regardingemployee benefit programs (healthcare, life, AD&D, BTA, STD/LTD, 401(k), Tuition, Workers Compensation, etc.).Ensures policies and procedures are in compliance with all foreign regulations as well as Federal and State Regulations. 10.Oversees the management of the payroll administration ensuring all appropriate approvals are on Payroll change forms, etc…. 11.Responsible for establishing budgeting for the Human Resources functions. Track actual expenses accordingly.Continue to seek ways to improve efficiency and reduce expenses. 12.Provides other generalist Human Resources and Administration support as required. 13.Responsible for following all aspects of the Quality and Environmental System Management Program (ISO9001/1SO14001). Proven MSOffice skills, Spanish communication a plus. This is a hands-on area that is a major force in this international company. Excellent benefit package. Local candidates only.
