Xcellence Mortgage is currently Hiring an in House Mortgage Broker/Mortgage Specialist (Must be Licensed), Constant leads will be provided. The Candidate must be available to work full time during regular business hours Monday thru Friday, with some possible weekend and or late weekday hours when such appointments are requested.
The Ideal Candidate must posses a professional demeanor, with excellent customer service skills,exceptional sales ability, creative in problem solving, deal structuring and negotiation abilities, along with an out going personality, goal oriented, highly motivated, ability to work under pressure andenthusiastic about working in a team environment,
Must have Full Knowledge and expertise in a variety of loan programs like but not limited to: Conventional, FHA, Sub prime, Alt-A, Hard Money, HELOCS, Foreign Nationals, Jumbo’s, & Commercial
Must also have the ability and knowledge in how to run a board variety of lenders automated underwriting systems along with Fannie Mae, LP & FHA
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Taking Prospect Applications in Caylx Point
Originating, Pre-Approving and structuring a variety of loans
Prospecting and maintaining Regular Contact with our Business Partners
Maintaining knowledge of new programs and guidelines changes.
Maintaining knowledge of compliance and lending laws.
