This is a fast growing company and the right candidate will have the opportunity to grow into a management role. Major responsibilities include maintenance of our computer & VOIP phone infrastructure, assisting with initial marketing, product and competitive analysis and research, reporting and daily operational support. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented, a responsible problem solver, have good people skills and be experienced with computer systems.Candidate should understand that other tasks may be added as required. No management experience required. Requirements: •Bilingual (Spanish/English) •College degree required •Able to work efficiently, independently and with minimal supervision. •Computer Maintenance: Ability to maintain all aspects of a multiple-location office computer infrastructure (PCs, PDAs, XP OS, MS Office, etc.) •Ability to conduct relevant research with little guidance. Must be able to report findings in a credible manner. •Ability to generate, analyze and make recommendations based on large quantities of data. •Computer Programs: Excellent Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint & internet research skills Ideal Candidate: •1-2 years analyst experience in financial industry •1+ years IT responsibility in a small to medium sized company •Experience with SQL database reporting Please email your resume and salary history.
