We need help finding an old Garfield (and Odie) plush toy.

There is a particular Garfield sought (one matching the description given below).We are not in Los Angeles right now, thus we cannot go searching ourselves, so we need some others to do this for us.
Search the Out-of-the-Closet stores, Goodwill stores, the Salvage Army stores, any thrift store, and including Flea Markets e.g. Pasadena Rose Bowl Swap Meet.
The Garfield:
He is beat-up looking. He lost most of his fur. From all the handling, he looks as if the fur on his cheeks and chin were shaved. The paint on his plastic eyes is chipped and scratched. He now has sewing thread to replace the smiling mouth he had. He appears to be falling apart: holes around the eyes, and re-sewn in the back and neck. He is splitting at his underside. I cannot say for certain his height, and certainly not his weight, but this Garfield is in the sitting position with the bended knee on his right-hand side. The thread that makes up his paw are about gone, at least on the front two paws.
Vague yes, but there cannot be that many Garfields that match that description within the Los Angeles area and only one sought.

If you come across any Garfields matching the description, then please send along please, include a (good) photo of your Garfield find enclosed or attached in the email.
You will get $300 for the right Garfield.
