SUMMARY Performs maintenance and repair of all facility�s equipment to assure a continuous source of light, heat, water, power and temperature control. Recommends necessary changes in the facility and its equipment. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Checks all electrical, lighting, and temperature control systems to ensure they are functioning properly at all times. Repairs any failures in all casino lighting fixtures, electrical systems, or temperature control units. Incorporate the FISH Philosophy into every-day work activities. Other duties as assigned. ACCESS TO RESTRICTED AREAS None without permission and proper escort. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Must possess a valid Colorado Drivers License. Ability to operate power and hand tools. Ability to work from schematics, blueprints, sketches, or oral directions preferred. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or equivalent. 2 years previous maintenance experience. LANGUAGE SKILLS: Speak and read English PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds. Must be able to bend, kneel, stoop and climb. Must be able to work from a ladder. WORK Qualifications Bachelor degree Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent presentation skills Understanding of OSS and BSS concepts Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and collaboratively. Detail oriented with good organizational skills Ability to multitask and work under time pressure Computer proficiency with extremely strong MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills Ability to travel extensively (50-75%) Minimum 2+ years of experience in selling into the telecom service provider market. A proven and successful sales track record with experience in selling complex software solutions Solid contacts and track record with the telecoms Must be authorized to work in the United States (US Citizenship or Green Card) Fluent in Spanish and English
