Responsible for performing a wide variety of advanced administrative duties to provide assistance and support in the day-to-day activities for a designated individual/area on a daily basis. Other duties include:
Provides advanced administrative service to ensure the smooth flow and competent handling of required activities, including special projects.
Duties include report and presentation production (data manipulation, formatting, editing and graphic design), data analysis budgeting, tracking, and event planning.
Acts as liaison and relays information to internal departments and external contacts.
Responds to customer inquiries or problems by researching, compiling,and answering their requests.
Assists executive withtime management by scheduling and prioritizing events, meetings and interviews.
Coordinates the collection of proper documentation of information submitted regarding various department reports, verifying the accuracy and maintaining follow-up systems for updating the information.
