Commercial General Contractor seeking a qualified full-time bookkeeper.This position requires an individual who is a self starter and who can handle the full spectrum of bookkeeping duties.Candidate must be well organized, able to recognize problems, be proactive in finding solutions, complete tasks in a timely manner, and have great follow-through experience.This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company. Responsibilities: •Manage Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable •Payroll and Payroll Taxes •Deposit checks and perform bank reconciliation •Post invoices and set up for payment •Lien Releases •Insurance Certificates •Work with our accountant in the preparation of financial statements and monthly/ quarterly tax payments Experience: •BA degree in Accounting •Minimum of 5 to 7 years practicing accounting •Ideal candidate will be proficient in Master Builder and Quickbooks •Fluent in Microsoft Office Suite and 10 key by touch Location: San Fernando Valley Benefits: Health and Dental after 90 days, 2 weeks paid vacation Salary based upon experience Please reply to amber@intercongc.com or fax your resume to (818) 783-0077
