Requirements / Skills / Attributes fully considered necessary for the position

- Proficiency and ability in QuickBooks and accounting
- Great expertise with (MS Office) tools including word processing, spreadsheets
- Comprehension of copiers, fax, plotter, and phone systems required
- Office administration (MS Outlook) Scheduling appointments
- Excellent computer skills and ability to learn new tools quickly
- Thorough knowledge of office practices, systems and policies
- Troubleshooting office complications and comprehension to deal with issues
- Completes and tracks paperwork, ensures required tasks are completed on time
- Organized, self-motivated, energetic personality, will be considered necessary
- Very good written and verbal skills, will be working with principles, designers and outside crew
- Team player must work well with others, small office and staff
- Assists in tracking projects and responding to client and designers requests
- Creates and maintains reports for internal and external filing purposes
- Detailed oriented and organized, however open for NEW ideas that you may have
- Keeping current samples and books
- Work with vendors
- Interface with clients and office staff
