Upscale, fast-paced Northern Italian restaurant looking for full-time manager/maitre d'. We are looking for eager, high-energy, charismatic applicants with strong operational, financial, communication and leadership skills. Reporting to the General Manager, the restaurant manager/maitre d’ is responsible for interviewing, developing and retaining the best front of the house employees, assuring exceptional guest service, managing costs and implementing company policies, standards, programs, and procedures. We require a minimum of 2 years experience in management at a fine-dining establishment, knowledge of Italian food, wine training and fine-dining service standards. PC skills are a plus.
