Private Investment company is looking for a General Manager:
Roles & Responsibilities:
Ability to network within the financial community locally and internationally.
Create and maintain relationships with current and new financial contacts.
Attract new sources of capital.
Research investment opportunities
Negotiate term sheets and purchase and sale agreements.
Close deals.
Financial Responsibilities:
Analyze and negotiate new investment opportunities.
Create budgets and forecasts
Create monthly and quarterly reports
Analyze financial statements and projections.
Realize business plans.
Qualifications:
Strong financial background and education. MBA will be a plus.
5+ years experience as a financial analyst.
In-depth computer knowledge, expert in Microsoft word, Excel, powerpoint, and all internet applications.
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
