Description:
One of the largest mobile network operator is seeking for a Field Supervisor responsible for: - Oversee construction teams for installation of sites and modification of existing sites for the UMTS Project in the Miami market.
- This person will need to interface with all departments to prioritize, secure resources, reporting, communicate and ensure quality controls are in place for all construction phases.
- Manage construction teams on all modification projects to existing facilities.
- Responsible for forecasting dates and managing timelines of construction milestones.
- Review A&E, tower and foundation, and structural reports.
- Coordinate with Real Estate Manager on zoning and regulatory requirements for site design.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-5 years industry or related construction experience.
- Construction subject matter expert and familiar with pre-construction milestones.
- Ability to negotiate with and manage general contractors and vendors.
- Ability to communicate and work in teams on a regular basis at multiple levels.
- Must be able to clearly state goals and provide direction concerning site milestone progress.
- Able to identify critical tasks and organize times without supervision.
- Undergraduate Degree and/or 5+ years of wireless industry experience
- Strong understanding of Construction and wireless development processes.
- Excel, PowerPoint, and general database experience needed.
