Design Architect needed for innovative architecture firm. This company has been involved with projects throughout the South Florida area for the past 27 years. Since opening practice in Coconut Grove in 1978, they have specialized in large-scale multi-family residential and mixed-use projects in the South Florida area consisting of over 7,000 apartments.
Job Requirements: Lead Design Architect is responsible for all facets of project design and will work closely with Principal in charge. Generate the conceptual design of project, design development and oversee construction document phase of projects. BA Architecture, experience in multi-family residential and mixed-use projects. Strong design development skills. Registration preferred but not required. Full time or on contract.
