An established IT service company is seeking a professional computer technician to provide high quality consulting services to its customers both onsite and remotely. The job summary follows:
Position: Computing Support Specialist
Location: Work or dispatched from home.Must live in or between North Miami Beach and Ft. Lauderdale.
Hours: Part Time or Full Time Available
Reports To: Account Manager
Summary:
Create happy customers by providing high quality technical work and consulting while maintaining an ongoing relationship. Listen to the needs of customers and implements technology solutions. Provide referrals to the account manager. Keep up with existing and emerging technologies.Work may include PC troubleshooting and repair, network cabling, installation of LCD mounts, computers, and peripherals, installation of XRay equipment, computer and device configuration and more.
Requirements:
Great people skills and ability to manage customer expectations.Superior Troubleshooting ability.Able to plan and follow structured service plans.Minimum 2 years of applicable experience, including phone & on-site technical support experience for small businesses.Dental Experience a plus.Minimum of one industry certification.Some travel required Reliable transportation required.
