Provide web-based, self-paced course, approximately two hours in length, which provides an overview of the environmental crime investigation process. This course should provide a scenario driven overview of the envoronmental crime investigation process.
This project is a web-based training course on the topic of environmental crimes investigations, a Flash movie to advertise the course, and a course preview to let potential subscribers experience an interaction. The course will be hosted on the POST Learning Portal, which is accessible to California law enforcement. POST will own and copyright the resulting course, course advertisement, and course preview. You must ensure that all materials delivered as part of this job are free of copyright, licensing, or other restrictions. The course is intended for individual access; however, it may also be used in large groups with a projection system.
