Cels Enterprises, Inc. parent company of Chinese Laundry, On Your Feet, and CL by Laundry is seeking energetic, detail oriented, and self-motivated candidates to work with our Receiving and Accounting Departments.
The ideal candidate for this position must have experience with computerized receiving and billing functions and have solid Excel spreadsheet experience. AS400 and Pierpass knowledge a definite plus!Must have an eye for detail and a strong work ethic with the ability to manage and prioritize the workload with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
•Data Entry (key in data accurately and efficiently)
•Key in dimensions and verify data is complete and accurate
•Work with incoming container shipments
•Audit and maintain purchase orders
•Run reports, as needed
•RC (Re-Classing) paperwork
•Research data
•Warehouse transfers
•Scanning paperwork
•Invoicing and billing inventory side
•Other tasks as assigned
If you possess good verbal and written skills, have at least an Associate of Arts degree and are looking for a position with the potential for advancement, then this is the job for you!
