Construction Superintendent
Loking for an individual with 5 to 10+ years verifiable experience as a construction superintendent.This individual must posses a track record of completing projects successfully in the $1 million to $10 million dollar range, as the primary superintendent.This individual must be a self starter, and must be skilled at the technical aspects of the job including reading and interpreting design documents and specifications.This individual must be skilled and experienced with structural work as well as finishes, as the projects will be commercial and or residential in nature.
Additional Requirements:
Edication: High School Diploma/Vocational Certificate required, college degree a plus.
Skills: Must posses basic experience in some trade work.
Must posses basic experience using layout instruments.
Must posses the ability to send and receive E-mails.
Computer skills a plus.
Communication: Must be fluent in English- written and spoken, Spanish a plus.
Pre-Employment:References are required, and will be verified.
Pre-employment drug screening is required.
Criminal background check is required.
Skills assessment test will be given.
