Construction Project Manager
Looking for an individual with 5 to 10+ years verifiable experience in project management (working in office or on-site), with a successful track record of projects in the $1 million to $10 million dollar range.Ability to perform on site with a strong field presence a plus. Project experience would need to be primarily commercial, with some backgraound in high end residential and or multi-family a plus.
Additional Requirements:
College Degree:Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering
Computer Skills: Excel, Word, P3/Suretrack/MS Project, Outlook
Languages: Fluent in English, Spanish a plus
