Our Client is a not-for-profit entity, serving the Children of South Florida with a cutting edge educational experience, is seeking to hire a CFO. In this role they are looking for someone with non-profit experience, however, a CPA is not necessary. There is a bookkeeper and an A/P person but they need direction.
They have all of the policies and procedures in place but they aren't being followed. The organization currently has 4 entities, which will require monthly accounting work.
It's a very energetic culture, all of the employees are extremely passionate about the cause, and are working together to create a strong successful environment that is organized, efficient and productive.
The CFO will need a diverse business background. This key employee will adhere to policies and procedures, upgrade the current financial systems, and will handle all forecasting, budgeting and other projections.They need to know how to manage people, read a lease, work with contracts, and run the finance and administration of the organization.
There will also be heavy exposure to operations.
Salary range of$80,000 to $95,000.
