Requirements:3 to 5 years experience as Chief Engineer in residential condo.Must have knowledge of electrical, plumbing and air conditioning. Candidate must implement and execute proactive, preventative maintenance schedules, lead the maintenance department, be efficient and effective and work within budget, meet with vendors, coordinate contractors, complete work orders, write reports.
Must be computer literate for writing and ordering.
Must be team player who works with manager, with vigilence for all aspects of condo maintenance. Must convey performance, efficiency, respect and teamwork to all staff and residents. Bi-Lingual English/Spanish, Certificates or trade License preferred. Must be organized, detail oriented, with good communication skills.
