I'm a CAD drafter with more than 15 years of experience. AutoCAD 2007 and earlier is the program I work with on a daily basis. I'm also familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word.
I have worked for several structural engineers and architects in the area. I work out of a home office and have done so for 4 years. I'm very responsible and reliable with excellent communication skills.
Architectural experience:
1. Complete set of construction documents for new custom homes and remodel projects including building sections, construction details, electrical plans with riser diagrams and panel schedules, plumbing plans and risers.
2. Preliminary design and drawings.
3. Hand drafting services provided as well.
4. As-built drawings as needed.
5. Architectural plans for commercial projects (clubhouse and tenant improvement space).
Engineering experience:
1. Construction plans, including drafting of construction details and plans for detailed commercial and residential projects.
