Chair has leather upholstered armrests with contrast stitching. Very elegant...trash bin has identical contrast stitching.
I bought the chair about three months ago with the intention of creating an office in my apartment but decided against the office. Since then, the chair has been sitting in my apt. It has (literally) never been used!!
