We are a well established Public Insurance Adjusting Firm in Coral Gables. We are looking for a responsible experienced Executive Level Administrative Assistant interested in a fulltime position. Insurance Industry knowledge a plus. Ability to work in a high pressure environment is mandatory. Responsibilities: • Support President and CEO of the firm • Type reports,civil remedies, and correspondence • Coordinate appointments, updating databases, etc. • Organize and maintain file system, and file correspondence and other records • Prepare outgoing mail and correspondence, including electronic faxes • Present a professional image to callers, clients and visitors · Perform general office duties as assigned Requirements: • Extremely organized • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Outlook • Excellent proofreading skills
