Position performs varied and diverse duties, including but not limited to general accounting procedures, cost control, inventory, and supervising office activities. Also, under direct supervision, performs a variety of high level office support and/or secretarial duties, such as conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions. Edits and proofreads documents to ensure accuracy. Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints. Implements and maintains accounting systems and procedures. Prepares balance sheets, profit and loss statements and other financial reports. Analyzes trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations incurred to predict future revenues and expenses. Makes wire transfers and journal funding transfers and reconciles monthly bank statements. Calculates and prepares reimbursement billings and tracks receivables; reconciles monthly accounts receivable etc.... EXPERIENCE Five (5) year minimum experience in operations accounting or similar position. EDUCATION Minimum of Equivalent to graduation from a four-year college or university with major coursework in accounting, finance, economics or a related field.
