Job Summary:
Software Account Coordinator Assistants (AC-Assistants) assist Aestiva's Account Coordinators (ACs) in the education of Aestiva prospects and customers regarding the purchase, setup, and installation of Aestiva products.
No outbound sales is involved in this position.
Job duties include: - Assisting Aestiva Account Coordinators (ACs)
- Help ACs conduct over-the-web product tours.
- Help ACs with training and customer installations.
- Liaison between customers (who make change-requests) and Aestiva's ACs who manage production changes.
This position leads to the Aestiva Account Coordinator position.
Hard Requirements: - Must be web savvy.
- Excellent communication skills.
- High college GPA
- Two years job experience.
Nice-to-have's (Soft Requirements): - Former Teaching Experience
- Former IT Experience
Hours: - Mon - Fri, between 8:00am - 5:00pm (40 hour week)
Entry Salary: - $32K with review after 90 days.
- 100% medical after 90 days.
