Our sales reps receive up to 50% commissions. Previous experience in real estate is not a must. A great interest in real estate is necessary, however, since it is the product being sold. The following traits will be necessary for success:

-High level of ambition
-Interpersonal communication skills
-Eagerness to learn about the real estate industry
-Organizational skills
-People/Networking skills

No experience is necessary. We will provide full mentoring. You will learn all aspects of real estate with us.
We offer excellent compensation, only dependent on how dedicated you are. One of the youngest guys who started earlier this year came to us with no experience, and he has already earned over $40,000 in his first 13 weeks.
