MARCH 8TH MTG (2 to 5 pm): The October 1929 vs. September 2001 choice
Is another October 1929 crash pending or -- much more likely -- another September 11, 2001 scenario or far worse?911TruthLA will have a meeting this Saturday from 2 pm to 5 pm in the lobby of the Peace/Impeach Center (located at 8124 W. 3rd Street, by Crescent Heights & 3rd St, 5 minutes from the Beverly Center) to discuss recent global geopolitical developments together with the unfolding economic crisis.A $5 to $10 voluntary donation will be requested at the door to help cover costs and future outreach activities.Light Refreshments will also be served. We will screen "Loose Change: The Final Cut" and/or a short 1 hour film called "Money as Debt" and have discussions regarding upcoming visibility and outreach strategies for March (Mar. 15th Pro-Peace March in Hollywood & March 22nd's "Reflecting Pool" fundraiser at Frank Dorrell's House) and for the April 12th (Earth Day) and April 26th & 27th (LA Times/UCLA Festival of Books). Future meetings, truthsquad and lobbying actions will be discussed including future collaborations with WeAreChangeLA.org and other progressive groups.
