Unique opportunity within the Marketing department of a prominent national law firm! In this role, you will be responsible for working with the Director to develop and implement marketing initiatives with the goal of cultivating new business relationships and providing superior client services. Specific duties will include acting as a liaison between, and a reference for, your department and other divisions; creating and improving training materials aimed at improving business development skills; coaching and providing leadership to partners and following up on sales leads and proposal presentations; managing the RFP process; and initiating new marketing initiatives to set and accomplish regional, departmental and firm-wide sales goals.

Responsibilities will include: collaboratively creating and managing fully integrated marketing programs, strategy development, budget development/management, maintaining solid client relationships within a complex client structure, preparation of presentations to sell client new creative/programs/agency services and managing a staff of Account Executives and Assistants.
