I'm searching for an home exchange with Miami in the month of May (after or before) at least for 1 month.

I'm offering my cute and sunny apt in the seaside of Rome (Ostia). The apt is composed by 1 bedroom for 2 persons, 1 bathroom and kitchen (both just renovated), a little entrance hall and a small patio.
it takes 5 min to the beach and 5 minutes to the nearest subway station.

It's well connected to downtown by subway (30 minutes - ticket 1 euro)

Ostia is a nice touristic area: there are many pizzerias, bares, ciringuitos and restaurantes. Festival and concerts often take place in ostia on the beach. It is also very close to the archelogical site of ostia antica (the second most important after pompei)

we usually swap but if you prefer renting we can give it to you for 320 euros per week. we are also open to no contemporary flat exchange.
