Looking for a hyper-organized, detail oriented self starting thinker with full integrity that is optimist, energetic and hip. MUST be a Mac (Apple) user with Quickbooks experience (actually having the software is plus). Being on the westside to occasionally meet to exchange paperwork, etc is also a plus. Contacts and entrepeneurial spirit is also a plus. Need someone with real non-profit experience to advise us on those aspects of our operations. Bookkeeping for several accounts is a must. Bi-Lingual (any language) is a plus. Must be someone that ichats, texts and can stay on top of dozens of things large and small, fun and not so much fun, mini-projects, filings, applications, networking, accounting and more.
We are changetheworld, a multi-corporate entity with global plans. We will launch many sub-entities around the brand changetheworld including website, film, documentary and tv business, product lines, consulting and more. This is a very cool, very important start up and we want the right team on board early.
I don't mind if you have another job, full or part time. I don't mind if you are a writer or actor. As long as the job gets done when it needs to be done. The part time job does not require any additional skills but in order to be considered for growth, the applicant must be someone who is both grounded, thinks clearly with original, inspired and progressive thought and appreciates the need for our intended global expansion toward positive change.
This is part time now but could conceivably grow to full time, or possibly toward becoming ED of our non-profit side of things.
