I have a spacious, sunny one bedroom apartment with a view of the Empire State Building in downtown Manhattan, Chelsea.Close to art galleries, Chelsea Market, Hudson River Park, Meat Packing District, West Village, Midtown, etc.Easy access to most subway lines.

I am an elementary school teacher and my vacation is from April 18th - April 27th.I would like to travel and swap housing during those dates.Also, my apartment is available from February 18th - February 24th.I need the apartment in Miami for the April dates only.

I consider myself to be a respectful professional and would expect whoever I meet to be thoughtful of my apartment.
