This position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to work with minimal supervision. We are looking for someone in the Miami area who enjoys working and getting things done efficiently.

Responsibilities will include:

- Review data entry for completeness
- Save information to web-based database
- Send appropriate files
- Assist Project Manager with a variety task
- Print, collate and send reports for marketing data collection as needed

Must be confident, technology savvy, great with computers and office equipment. Must type 50 WPM, detail oriented, friendly and personable.
Ideal candidate would also have some sales experience. Please only apply if you have the qualifications and experience we are looking for.Duties will also include processing daily mail, faxing, copying, scanning, office organization and miscellaneous tasks as assigned in support of our office staff. Qualifications: - Prior receptionist experience preferred, at least 2 years - Must be proficient with all modern office equipment such as scanners, fax machines, computers and phones, experience with electronic file management important - Professional attitude and demeanor - Detail oriented and organized - Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Word and Outlook
