Unified Modeling Language (UML) Object oriented analysis and design (OOAD) Rational Application Developer (RAD), WSAD or Eclipse Design Tools (Rational) Web Security (Authentication, Authorization, SSL Certificates) Multi-lingual Internationalization Strong knowledge of software development methodologies (RUP, Agile, etc) and integration best practices. Software Estimation Techniques Education: BS Degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of experience and formal education.
