With access to 826 and 836 both 3 minutes away, you're just minutes from South Beach, Coconut Grove, or Downtown Miami, and minutes away from University of Miami and FIU. You're two minutes away from everything you need with multiple shopping centers that contain a Publix, Walgreens, Video Stores, and premiere restaurants. You're also 5 minutes from both International and Dolphin Malls, two of the biggest malls in Miami, so you can have all your shopping needs met as well. You will truly feel at home with a two level townhouse, private bath in the room and a washer/dryer, large eat-in kitchen and half bath downstairs. You can feel both a sense of community and security with a fully gated complex with roaming security and a large community swimming pool and party gazebo. Parking is only a few steps away with ample space for guest's vehicle. The room has a wonderful view overlooking the pool area as well. I am an IT professional who works 7:30 to 4:30 during the week, although I do like to go out for Happy Hour on Fridays or the occasional club.
