Hey, if anyone needs to sublease an apartment over the summer or knows of someone who is looking for an apartment, I am subleasing my bedroom in a 4/2 apt. in the Courtyards right across from UF on 13th St and 3rd Ave. It's really clean and well maintained, right across from the pool. There's a huge kitchen and living room area, and tons of opportunities to meet new people...great place for parties!! Plus it's right across from campus so you can walk to class and avoid parking hassles or taking the bus. $494/month but willing to bring it down, this includes all utilities, cable and internet. My roommates are not staying for the summer either, so there are 2 other bedrooms available as well if you want to move in with a friend.
