Looking for 1200+ sq.ft 2+2 apartment/condo in Brentwood/Santa Monica/Mar Vista/West LA.

We are non-smoking, quiet, clean and pet-free family. Me and my wife are university graduated and employed with a solid credit history. We ready to sign long-term lease/give bigger security deposit for the right place.

Our top rent price is $2200/month. We are looking for bright spacious apartment preferably on the ground floor. Space is the key!

We have to move-in by June 1st, but will consider moving in earlier.
