ABOUT FABULOUS NORTH BEACH
North Beach is home to MiMo – short for Miami Modern – It's a funky 1950's and 60's architectural style. Whimsical boomerangs, zig zags, swirls and perforations found in this post-war architecture represent the optimism of the period. The North Beach area has recently been designated a historic district to pay homage to its several famous MiMo monuments. This popular area of Miami Beach is known for being quiet and relaxed with a more adult nightlife.
ABOUT OUR CONDO
Our Miami Modern (MiMo) apartment has been renovated for every home comfort. The condo is located in a small quaint building (only 12 units) two short blocks from the Atlantic Ocean. This building is an Art Deco classic structure that has completed an entire renovation. The building has just been painted, new AC units and hurricane impact windows have been installed in all the units and all of the stairwells and doors have been changed. The building has its own laundry facilities and plenty of parking.
Our condo is located on the second floor. It has dark hard wood floors and plenty of windows, you'll enjoy warm natural lighting every hour of the day. Our condo has been completely renovated. It has a new, fully-equipped, modern kitchen with dishes, pots/pans, utensils and appliances. Our condo also has a new bathroom complete with linens and towels. More importantly, the condo is fully furnished and decorated in a modern, contemporary style. It has TV, stereo, DVD player and all the home comforts.
ACTIVITES AND ATTRACTIONS
From our condo you can walk to beach and swim in the Atlantic Ocean or catch some rays on the sand. Our condo is a short walk to many fine restaurants, outdoor cafes, coffee shops, as well as supermarkets, shopping, tennis courts and the famous Byron Carlyle Theater. Our condo is also in walking distance to the world-famous Canyon Ranch and the exciting Normandy Village popular for its laid-back lifestyle, awesome outdoor cafes, fine dining and outdoor farmer's markets/festivities. A public youth center (North Shore Youth Center) offers classes, events, tennis and more. In addition to the abundance of shopping and dining, you'll find a public library nearby. And mass transit offers easy access to take you to world famous Lincoln Road or Ocean Drive to savor the unique nightlife or style/ambiance it has to offer.
A SHORT DRIVE AWAY
Our condo is also a short drive to the posh Bal Harbour and just minutes to North Bay Village, Aventura, Sunny Isles, North Miami, Lincoln Road and South Beach. It is also a short commute to areas like Coral Gables, South Miami, Key Biscayne, Brickell and Coconut Grove.
RENTAL RATES
Monthly Rent: $1700 - $2000 per month*. (*Discount given for multiple months)
Weekly Rents: $1000 - $1300 per week.
Daily Rents: $175 - $300 per day.
Security deposit: $500. Cleaning fee: $100 (one-time fee deducted from security deposit). Approved pets: $300 (non-refundable/negotiable)
