I am looking to sublet my apartment for all or part of the summer. (May 15-Aug 15).
The apartment is a beatiful 1,000-ft, fully furnished space with a balcony overlooking a park. The area is safe, well-lit, and in a central location less than two miles from FIU's Biscayne Bay campus, the bay and the beach. There are dozens of great restaurants, grocery stores and ice cream parlors within walking distance.
I'm asking $1,050/month, which includes water, electricity, air and access to the gym, swimming pools and tennis courts on the premises. Also, ample parking is available. This price is a steal compared to other similar apartments.
I will need the first month's rent up front.
