I'm an educated professional seeking a roommate(s) to share housing beginning the end of March or early April, however long it takes to find the right place!I'm a 26 year-old guy who just got out of graduate school this past December, so I'll be starting my first full-time position in a couple weeks from now.I'm laid back and enjoy going out on weekends to release the stress of being on the grind during the week!
Maintaining the cleanliness of common living areas is important to me, so I would expect the same from my roommate.I'm looking to share a place with one or two other people at most to save some money and start paying back student loans!A furnished place would be ideal but it doesn't really matter.I'm willing to pay up to $1000 + utilities for my portion of the rent.I'd like to find a place in the Brickell Avenue or Miami Beach areas.
