2 guys aged 21 and 24 looking for a 2 bedroom apt that we can rent either month to month or on a six month lease with the deposit to be paid in installments.
seems like a lot to ask but the issue is, I am working full time and paying a bit too much for my current rental, and he is relocating to long beach from Laguna and will be finding a new job down here once he moves in. I can cover the rent BY MYSELF with what i make, but i am looking to have him move in with me to help cover expenses. I have EXCELLENT references, GREAT work history and am reliable and prompt. the only snag i have in dealing with management companies is that i have a reposession on my credit history and that has screwed me over countless times as far as credit for anything goes. Willing to pay a higher deposit if need be. Looking for something by monday...
FURNISHED? Even better. We are both VERY responsible, Gay (not together) respectful and quiet. If we party its at a club and not very often. NO drugs no drink. Just wanting a place to call our own. if you would like to talk more i do PREFER emails because of my working hours but will take phone calls at my convenience.
