My wife and I want to spend 2-4 weeks in Manhattan or Brooklyn Heights mid April to early June, we are flexible on the time frame.We have house swapped 4 times previously and each swap was great! Our condo is located in the heart of South Beach, you can easily walk to the beaches, Lincoln Rd, hundreds of great restaurants, and of course all the night life that South Beach has to offer. Our condo is located in one of the most popular buildings on the beach and features valet parking,beautiful lobby, an incredible pool and jacuzzi facing magnificent Biscayne Bay, many more amenities including excellent security. Our condo is on the 7th floor and faces the Miami Beach skyline.Our condo has travertine floors throughout the apt, an upgraded kitchen with a beautiful large granite counter, see pics of our place!We also have a queen size murphy bed(very comfortable) During the day you have a large entertaining area and at night a converted bedroom. We have almost every amenity you would want including wireless internet and digital cable TVWe are looking for an even swap that includes the internet and cable TV. Please we do not want a walk-up or an apartment that is not in very good condition!! Also,SMOKING is not allowed in our condo or even on the balcony. If you are into drinking and parting to excess my condo is not the place for you. If you are looking for a really nice condo in a great location this is probably the place for you!
